During the conference, Wang Xiaodong, Executive Vice President and Secretary-General of the China Aluminum Wheel Quality Association, released the Special Report on 2025 China Aluminum Wheel Industry Production and Sales Data. The report provided a comprehensive review of the industry’s current development status, market landscape, import and export trends, and future direction, offering authoritative data references and decision-making support for enterprises.

Zhang Yijia, Director of Wheel Industry Solutions at Zhejiang Yuansuan Technology Co., Ltd., presented the company’s intelligent wheel R&D solution, featuring simulation automation designed to be faster, more efficient, and easier to use. The presentation highlighted the application results of simulation automation technology in improving R&D efficiency and accuracy.

Yu Weiming, General Manager of Nanjing Xiangwen Polymer Technology Co., Ltd., introduced a primer-free polyurea coating system for aluminum wheels, providing new approach to environmentally friendly wheel coating processes.

Yin Zhigao, Deputy General Manager of the R&D Management Department at CITIC Dicastal, presented and interpreted the winning wheel products of 2025 CIMP CUP, the 13th Wheel Design Competition.

Chen Kangyuan, Product Manager at Guangzhou Realibox Information Technology, delivered a presentation titled “From Manufacturing to Branding: AI + 3D Digital Technologies Empowering Wheel Manufacturers’ Global D2C Transformation.” He explored how digital tools can help wheel manufacturers strengthen their global market expansion and accelerate their transition toward a D2C model.
