ASTRACE·2026 AEA Advanced Automotive Smart Photoelectric Film Installation Training Program & Global Application Competition was successfully held from March 20 to 22 at Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center (Bao’an). As part of the "2026 Greater Bay Area International Automotive Tech and Art Festival" and AutoEcosystems, the program was built around industry development trends and introduced an innovative model that integrated technical training with competition. It created a professional platform combining teaching, hands-on practice, and competitive, accelerating market education, promoting the adoption of smart photoelectric film products and technologies in the consumer market, advancing installation techniques and standard system development, and leading the sector toward a more professional, standardized, and sustainable development.





Opening Ceremony | New Chapter for the “Fourth Film” Era




On the morning of the opening day, Ms. Hu Chunyan, General Manager of Passenger Vehicle Department of CIMP, delivered a speech on behalf of the organizer. Ms. Hu stated that the event integrates technical training with skills competition to accelerate the adoption of products and technologies in the consumer market, lay the foundation for future industry installation standards, and support the high-quality development of the sector.



Mr. Yang Zijiang, General Manager of ASTRACE Group, delivered a speech as the representative of the title sponsor. He stated that the era of the “Fourth Film” has arrived, and that the competition will promote technology implementation and talent development, helping the industry seize opportunities in this emerging blue-ocean market. He also elaborated on the strategic value and market potential of smart photoelectric film from the perspectives of industry trends and technological development.

The advanced training program provided systematic instruction on the full installation process of smart photoelectric film. With practical content, the mentors explained key techniques in clear and accessible language, including film application, wiring layout, and light-blocking treatment. The program helped participants build complete installation skills from the ground, ensuring they could understand, apply, and use the techniques directly in daily installation work.
