China exported 1.07 million vehicles in the first quarter of 2023, surging by 58.1 percent year-on-year, data from China Association of Automobile Manufacturers recently revealed, indicating that China has now become the world's largest auto exporter, outpacing Japan. Besides, according to the latest statistics from Ministry of Commerce of the PRC, China's automobile exports have now covered 204 countries and regions around the world. The export of NEVs contributes 51.6% to the overall automobile export growth, with an average price of $30,000 in the European market, demonstrating a rapid growth in both scale and price, which has attracted global attention.
